PAYMENT

Students will be issued with a payment card if you wish to pay in instalments.
Please contact Mrs Eckersley or Mrs Parker if there are any difficulties over payment and we will do our best to help if we can.
MEDICAL FORMS
Please ensure that if we have not received your medical form for the trip, then this must be completed and returned to school signed by yourselves. If you are having problems accessing this form, please contact the School Office and we will ensure you receive one.
