Good morning!
Resilience, perseverance and courage have been the key characteristics of our wonderful Walton-le-Dale class of 2021! Under difficult conditions the whole year group have shown maturity and resilience beyond their years and are a credit to themselves, their families and the school. So many of them have faced adversity in so many different ways that to name individuals would be unjust, but the results that they have achieved represent a triumph of positive attitudes, trust and strong relationships. These qualifications are the next step on their way to successful futures and the deeper characteristics of self-motivation, determination, respect and empathy for others will stand them in good stead for the whole of their lives.
To the whole year group I say: we are so proud of you! Go out, contribute, be happy and come back and tell us your stories - we wish you all the success in the world. Our world needs people like you.
