Success in the South Ribble Athletics Championships

"Well done to all our Athletes who took part at the South Ribble Athletics Championships, we have received the final results. 

 

Yr7 Girls - 4th place

Yr7 Boys - 5th place

 

Yr8 Girls - 5th place

Yr8 Boys - 7th place

 

Yr9 Girls - 5th place

Yr9 Boys - 6th place

 

Overall Yr7's finished in 4th place, Yr8's - 5th place and Yr9's 4th place.

 

These are amazing results some of the best we have ever had, so well done to everyone, the PE department are extremely proud of you.

 

A special well done to Abigail Delve in Yr 8 who broke the South Ribble record in Javelin with a throw of 23.17m and Jay Whiteside in Year 7 who broke the South Ribble Record in Long Jump with a jump of 4.72m."
