"The year 8 Athletics team competed in the South Ribble indoor athletics competition. Harvey R was really good in the six-lap race and he came third. Toni M did fantastically well in the 2 lap race, finishing in second place. Frank R did very well in the vertical jump. Ruben a did a great job in the 4 x 1 relay. Reaz B did very well in the triple jump earning an excellent score. Alex H did superbly in the speed bounce! Overall, everyone put all energy and effort into every event they did. The Walton Le Dale year 8 team finished 7th in South Ribble for indoor athletics"
