Congratulations to Grace-Louise Bontoft who has been raising money for charity. Her mother said "Grace-Louise has been growing her hair since she was in year 3 with me having to drag her for hair cuts. She hated having it cut and it had got really long. Grace-Louise however decided that she would have her hair cut and give the hair to the Princess Trust who make wigs for girls who have lost their hair through illness or alopecia. Grace had 18 inches cut off her hair and raised £250 for a childrens' cancer charity too. I am extremely proud of Grace and what she did as she didn't want it to be as short as it is, but when we read up on how long the hair needed to be and what it would be used for she decided to go shorter than was planned."
