Charlie Hodkinson (Year 7) represented North Lancs & Fylde in the Drake's Pride Junior County Championship in crown green bowling this weekend. Charlie won his game 21-18 and the team won overall. It was a very difficult green to play on and the referee commented on the excellent conduct of all the players. (Charlie also won his first game for Feniscowles adult 'A' team on Monday night).
Older brother Sam (Year 10) came 4th in the Lancashire Schools' 1500m in a time of 4:28.9 at Stanley Park on Saturday. He was quite pleased with his run even though he really wanted that third place! His coach says he can feel a new PB (Personal Best) coming soon...fingers crossed!
