Ethical Leadership

As a school with strong and positive ethos and values the governing body, senior and middle leadership teams and Walton-le-Dale have agreed to support the principles of ethical leadership in education.  This has come from the report of the Ethical Leadership Commission "Navigating the Educational Moral Maze" which can be found, along with further information, here.

We will seek to employ the principles of ethical leadership in all that we do at Walton-le-Dale.

As part of our commitment to Ethical Leadership our governing body have agreed to support the Visible Governance campaign launched by the National Governance Association
