Assessment at Walton-le-Dale
We carefully consider the way in which we assess our students' progress and report to parents & carers. We have considered national best practice and looked to integrate it with the ethos of our school. 2023 examination update:
- 15 May 2023 - date of first GCSE examination on national timetable
- 21 June 2023 - date of final examination on national timetable
- 8 June and 15 June 2023 - timetabled contingency afternoon sessions
- 28 June 2023 - contingency date - the date up to which students are required to be available in event of significant national or local disruption to examinations.
