WLD Update for Parents & Carers - Friday 5 May 2023

Thank you for your consideration outside school when collecting and dropping off students, whilst we have experienced fewer problems directly outside school, we have been made aware of issues arising in the industrial park opposite. If you can please avoid this area, that would be appreciated. 

Could I also please ask parents to contact the Head of Year for any issues regarding your child's welfare in the first instance. Their role is to encourage, guide and support pupils wellbeing and academic success and are best placed to deal with any concerns or refer them on to the correct member of staff in school.

King's Coronation Holiday - Monday 8^th May: Just a reminder that school is closed on Monday 8^th May as a Bank Holiday for the King's Coronation.  School will reopen as usual on Tuesday 9^th May.

Year 10

Year 11

Exams letter: Please see a copy of the Exams letter which was sent out last week here on our website:  Exams Letter

 

Exams: We have a few GCSE exams taking place this week: Students will be undertaking their German speaking exam on Wednesday 10^th May and the French Foundation speaking exam on Thursday 11^th May.
