School provision for children of NHS staff and those on free school meals

It is essential to provide support for workers in the NHS at this time.  We are therefore sending a text message to all parents/carers asking if you work in the NHS and need your child to attend school despite us possibly being closed for that year group.  Based on your reply, we will then make provision for your child in school over the coming days regardless of their year group.

On a similar note we recognise the particular challenges facing those families where the children are eligible for free school meals.  We are therefore sending a text message to all parents/carers who are eligible for free school meals asking if you wish your child to attend school despite us possibly being closed for their year group. Again, based on your reply, we will then make provision for our child in school regardless of their year group.
