WLD Update for Parents & Carers - Monday 25th January 2021

Good afternoon,

Prioritising messages:  I received a very useful suggestion from a parent over the weekend that I should use a symbol such as an exclamation mark to identify messages that were considered particularly important.  I will try to do this going forward.using the symbol ** !! **.
